Solutions: Well Servicing

Rugged Controls is working with land based well servicing companies to provide instrumentation for the mainline and the sandline winches on well-servicing rigs.

The goal of these projects is to increase operator and equipment safety through decimal point accuracy in hook load and downhole depth.

After a lifetime of guessing "about" where the sandline is, our operators can now tell within inches even if they are 10,000' downhole. Our displays also provide the ability to fire off relays that can trigger sound and visual alerts for low tension/high tension, overspeed, crown out, floor out, etc.
