We began working with Tom Rezanka about 20 years ago, when we were proposing eight of our “Walking Beam” Chain Jacking Systems. Their portion of the project was to provide a complete remote load monitoring system for these chain jacking systems. One of RAM’s Subsea Hoists, which has over a mile of wire rope deployed from the Rig’s Moonpool to the mud-line on the ocean floor, with instrumentation providing a precision closed loop, a load monitoring Integrated Control System, which is critical to the performance of our Subsea Hoisting Systems, is delivered to Major Oil Companies.

We ordered several display units from Tom some years ago for a Great Lakes research vessel contract that I won for my firm, Rapp Hydema (now part of MacGregor).
